As an executive search consultant for more than a decade, Martha H. Smiles brings a vast amount of experience and a large network of professionals to Williams & Company. Martha served as senior associate at a nationally recognized firm where she focused on search management, client and candidate relations, and new business development.
Clinton G. Hobbs
Clint Hobbs is a leading and respected enrollment management practitioner with a career in higher education spanning over 25 years. In addition to serving as an Associate Consultant with Williams & Company, he serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management and External Relations at Young Harris College, a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Georgia. Clint successfully developed and executed a strategic enrollment plan that since 2006 has produced consecutive years of record enrollment at Young Harris, effectively doubling the college’s enrollment to 1,200 students.
Eric V. Gravenberg
Eric V. Gravenberg is the former Deputy Chancellor/COO for the Peralta Community College District in Oakland, California. In July 2013, he was appointed the interim President of the College of Alameda. Previously he served as the Vice President of Student Services at Merritt College for four years. He has had a distinguished 43-year career in education having served in several senior leadership positions at major universities, both public and private. He is a seasoned administrator with a successful track record in building consensus and optimizing team performance. He is currently President and CEO of The Gravenberg Group, a performance management consulting firm specializing in executive coaching and leadership development and senior associate consultant with Williams & Company.
